Description: 需要在对方（有摄像头）的电脑上安装运行Rserver程序，该程序会自动随每次随机运行
通过Rclient程序，输入Rserver的ip地址，则可以自动偷偷打开Rserver的摄像头，并通过Rclient监测到，也可以通过端口检测局域网内部的已经安装该服务端的列表。
全部Rclient和Rserver的代码，系本人调写，供大家参考
